Delivery time and shipping costs

Delivery Time:

All packages will be send from our location in Germany.

The average delivery time for items in stock is between 2 and 5 working days.

Delivery time to other EU countries is between 3 and 7 working days.

If, for any reason, it takes longer, you will be notified as soon as possible.

DogTools.eu works with the postal carrier DHL.

Once the order is on its way, you will receive an email with a tracking number. This allows you to track the delivery.

Shipping Costs:

Your package will be delivered to your home. Costs are €5.95 within Germany.

The shipping costs to other EU countries are €7.50.

For all other countries, shipping costs are €9.50.
