Payment methods

At DogTools.eu, you can pay completely safely within a protected environment, thanks to the SSL security system, which stands for Secure Socket Layer. This allows you to exchange sensitive data via the browser, and our payment methods are secured.

There are various payment methods to choose from:

• Shoppay
• Paypal
• Applepay
• Googlepay
• iDEAL (for customers in the Netherlands)
• Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro)
• Bancontact (for customers in Belgium)
• Eps-Überweisung (for customers in Austria)
• Pay afterwards with Klarna (for customers in the Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Great Britain, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, and Norway)
• Cash on delivery (only for customers in Germany)

You can also choose a payment method at the door. You will then pay at the time of delivery. This is called 'cash on delivery'.

In this case, you pay the amount of your order to the postal carrier before receiving your products. You must be present at the delivery address. If this is not possible, you can collect your package at a DHL location within two weeks.

DHL only accepts cash for cash on delivery. You must pay the exact amount owed because the postal carrier does not carry change. If you prefer to pay by card, you can choose to pick up your package at a DHL location.

There is a surcharge for this payment method. In addition to the amount of your order (including shipping costs), you pay an extra €10,00. You must pay this surcharge in advance.
